Pacers Lead the Pack
The undefeated Grant Pacers beat Woodcreek 49-14 during a playoff game Nov. 28 in Del Paso Heights.Congratulations to the top-ranked Grant Pacers. The team will face Metro Conference rival Burbank in the CIF Sac-Joaquin Section Division II Football Championship at 7:30 p.m. Friday at Folsom High School.
The undefeated Pacers last faced Burbank on Nov. 14 for the conference title. Grant came out on top, 35-13.
During the first round of the playoffs Grant defeated Granite Bay 22-19 and followed that up with a 49-14 win over Woodcreek in a Nov. 28 Division II semifinal in Del Paso Heights.
